A Shakespearean classic with a modern twist. A political and military man named Macbeth receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become Prime Minister, affectionately refereed to as "The Country's King". Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth murders the current Prime Minster, Duncan, and takes the power for himself. He is then wracked with guilt and paranoia for his actions. Fearing that he may lose his power, Macbeth, with the help of his wife, goes to extreme measures to maintain his authority, but will he remain in charge or will his thirst for power be his downfall?
